Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the order and judgment of the High Court of South Africa, Western Cape Division, Cape Town, under Case No. 2025-238197, delivered on 24 March 2026 (hereinafter referred to as “the Judgment”), that the Moslem Cemetery Board hereby formally notifies the Muslim Community of Cape Town and surrounding areas that a Special General Meeting (“SGM”) of the Moslem Cemetery Board shall be convened.
